The warranty period for KEDA products are Fourteen months from the date of shipment. All the defected goods must be due to manufacturing faults. If it is caused by the misuse of the customer, there is a surcharge in repairing subject to customer
RMA Procedure:
1. Make sure the goods are our product and within warranty.
2.Complete the RMA form and send to us by Fax or Email Address : sales@keda.com.hk
3. We will assign a RMA number to customer within 3 days.
4. Send out the shipment within one week to us in freight prepaid.
5.We will check the arrived goods and send out the confirmation within 2 days of the RMA arrival.
6. The repairing period is normally in two to three weeks. If the goods cannot be returned on time, we will inform our customer and provide the solution such as replacement.
7. We will send out the repaired goods to customer in bearing the freight charge.
