RMA POLICY

The warranty period for KEDA products are 24 months from the date of shipment. All the defected goods must be due to manufacturing faults. If it is caused by the misuse of the customer, there is a surcharge in repairing subject to customer.

RMA Procedure:

1. Make sure the goods are our product and within warranty.

a. when RMA return, vga card should be pack properly.
b. We will not take responsible for the damage cause by improper packing. which are including the component and physical damage.
c. We will not take responsible for the damage or loss due to human errors or misuse.

2. Complete the RMA form and send to us by Fax or Email

3. We will assign a RMA number to customer within 3 days.

4. Send out the shipment within one week to us in freight prepaid.

5. We will check the arrived goods and send out the confirmation within 2 days of the RMA arrival.

6. The repairing period is normally within one month after received the RMA. If the goods cannot be returned on time,
we will inform our customer and provide the solution such as replacement.

7. We will send out the repaired goods to customer in bearing the freight charge.
